Role :
Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, demo, and closing.
Responsibilities
- Generate leads via calls, email, and LinkedIn
- Qualify prospects and run discovery calls
- Deliver demos, handle objections, and close deals
- Maintain pipeline in HubSpot or Salesforce
- Follow up and nurture leads
Requirements
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Experience in B2B or B2C sales
- Comfortable with outbound and targets
- Basic CRM and reporting skills
KPIs
- 50–100 outreach per day
- 10–20 calls per week
- 3–8 demos per week
- 1–3 deals per week
Success Criteria
Consistent pipeline generation, strong conversion rates, and achievement of revenue targets
