Senior Manager – Strategic Accounts (Enterprise Business | Data Centers & Colocation)\n\nLocation: India ( Noida / Bangalore / Hyderabad / Patna / Chennai / Mumbai )\nTravel: Open to travel across India based on business requirements\nExperience: 8–15 Years\nIndustry: Data Centers / Colocation / Digital Infrastructure\nCompany: Stealth Mode Startup ( Well Funded, Datacenter Company )\n\nAbout the Role\n\nWe are looking for a highly driven and customer-focused professional to join our growing team as Senior Manager – Strategic Accounts. This role will focus exclusively on managing and growing relationships with Enterprise Customers within the Data Center and Colocation ecosystem.\n\nThe ideal candidate should come with a strong consultative and strategic accounts background, coupled with experience in enterprise infrastructure, digital infrastructure, colocation, or data center environments.\n\nThis is a high-impact role involving engagement with large enterprises, CXOs, infrastructure leaders, and strategic stakeholders across India.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nManage and grow strategic enterprise accounts across India\nBuild long-term relationships with enterprise customers and key decision-makers\nDrive consultative customer engagements around Data Center and Colocation solutions\nIdentify business opportunities within existing and new enterprise accounts\nUnderstand customer infrastructure, cloud, AI, and digital transformation requirements\nWork closely with internal leadership, commercial, solutioning, and operations teams to drive customer success\nLead strategic account planning and revenue growth initiatives\nSupport complex enterprise deal discussions and commercial negotiations\nMaintain strong understanding of market trends within Data Centers, Colocation, Cloud, and Digital Infrastructure\nTravel across India for customer meetings, strategic discussions, and business development activities\n\nPreferred Profile\n8–15 years of experience in Strategic Accounts / Enterprise Business / Consultative Sales\nStrong exposure to Enterprise Customers in Data Center or Colocation businesses\nPrior experience in consultative, advisory, enterprise infrastructure, or strategic customer-facing roles\nStrong understanding of Data Center, Colocation, Cloud, or Digital Infrastructure ecosystems\nExperience handling large enterprise accounts and multi-stakeholder engagements\nExcellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills\nStrong commercial acumen and solution-oriented mindset\nAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment\n\nWhat We’re Looking For\nEnterprise relationship management expertise\nConsultative and strategic thinking capability\nStrong ownership mindset\nAbility to engage and influence senior enterprise stakeholders\nEntrepreneurial mindset with high execution focus\n\nWhy Join Us\nOpportunity to work at the forefront of India’s rapidly growing Data Center industry\nHigh-visibility role with significant ownership\nOpportunity to work closely with leadership and shape strategic growth initiatives
