Deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations of Searce's capabilities.\n- Enable AI-powered Products: Develop and design comprehensive solution proposals, technical specifications and business use-cases.\n- Mentor & Grow: Guide the architectural design of cloud, data, and AI solutions, ensuring they are robust, scalable, and directly aligned with client requirements.\n- Optimize Performance & Cost: Continuously optimize AI models and their architectures for performance, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness, ensuring solutions deliver maximum value.\n- Pre-Sales Leadership: Lead technical engagements, workshops, POCs, and demos that showcase real AI ROI to enterprise customers.\n- Build & Deliver: Drive AI reference architectures into production-ready solutions that integrate seamlessly into enterprise IT ecosystems.\n- Client Partnership: Engage deeply with executives and technical leaders, becoming a trusted advisor on their AI transformation journey.\n- Stay Ahead: Track emerging AI/ML trends (generative AI, copilots, agent frameworks) and apply them intelligently to unlock enterprise value.\n\nExperience & Relevance\n\n- 8+ years in AI, ML and solution architecture with enterprise exposure.\n- Several years in technical leadership roles, managing architecture teams.\n- Proven success delivering applied AI architectures in enterprise environments.\n- Industry exposure across tech, finance, healthcare, retail, or manufacturing.\n- Background in consultative solution design and enterprise adoption.\n- Hands-on experience deploying AI-powered workflows, copilots, and automation.\n- Strong record of client-facing delivery and technical advisory leadership.\n\nFunctional Skills\n\n- Technical Consulting Mastery: Translate complex business challenges into applied AI-enabled architectures.\n- Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and inspire high-performing AI solution architects.\n- Architectural Visionary: Designs and co-creates comprehensive solution blueprints, championing an engineering-first design philosophy.\n- Enterprise-Grade Architecture: Design AI solutions that integrate with IT systems, cloud platforms, and enterprise processes.\n- Pre-Sales & Technical Storyteller: Crafts compelling, client-ready proposals, architectural decks, and technical demonstrations.
