Role :

Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, demo, and closing.


Responsibilities

  • Generate leads via calls, email, and LinkedIn
  • Qualify prospects and run discovery calls
  • Deliver demos, handle objections, and close deals
  • Maintain pipeline in HubSpot or Salesforce
  • Follow up and nurture leads


Requirements

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Experience in B2B or B2C sales
  • Comfortable with outbound and targets
  • Basic CRM and reporting skills


KPIs

  • 50–100 outreach per day
  • 10–20 calls per week
  • 3–8 demos per week
  • 1–3 deals per week


Success Criteria

Consistent pipeline generation, strong conversion rates, and achievement of revenue targets
