Role: Business Development Manager - Real Estate (Project Evaluation Specialist)
Location: Andheri East, Mumbai
We are looking for a highly skilled and driven Project Evaluation Specialist with strong expertise in DCPR 2034 (Development Control and Promotion Regulations) to join our real estate development team. The role focuses on assessing the feasibility, financial viability, and risk profile of potential real estate projects while ensuring compliance with Mumbai’s urban planning and regulatory framework.
You will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including architects, financial analysts, legal teams, and construction professionals to deliver data-driven project evaluations that support strategic business decisions.
Job Responsibilities
• Conduct comprehensive feasibility studies including financial modeling, site analysis, market research, and cost-benefit analysis.
• Evaluate financial, environmental, operational, and regulatory risks, and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Analyze project budgets, financing structures, and cash flow projections to determine project viability and ROI.
• Monitor local and global real estate market trends, pricing dynamics, and competitive landscape.
• Ensure compliance with zoning laws, DCPR 2034 guidelines, building codes, and statutory requirements.
• Coordinate with legal teams to secure approvals, permits, and required documentation.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and internal stakeholders to align project objectives.
• Prepare detailed reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management with key insights and recommendations.
• Conduct post-implementation reviews comparing planned versus actual project outcomes.
