Job Title: Business Development Manager (International Brands - Maternity & Baby care)

Location: Chhatarpur, New Delhi

Company: Trucarekidz India Pvt Ltd

Education: MBA or equivalent qualification in Marketing, Sales, or Business Management preferred.

Reporting To: Senior Management

 

Key Responsibilities

Execution of Brand Strategy

· Own the execution of brand strategy for the India market in alignment with global brand guidelines.

· Develop annual brand plans, including sales forecasts, marketing calendars, and launch plans.

Sales & Business Performance

· Own and deliver agreed sales, revenue, and profitability targets for the brand.

· Pitch the Brand / products to new and potential business partners and open doors for new business relationships for the sales team

· Work closely with the sales team to drive distribution, channel performance, and key account growth.

Reporting & Analytics

· Work with MIS team for finalizing forecasts and Purchase Orders.

· Monitor brand performance using sales data, market share, and campaign metrics.

· Prepare regular performance reports and presentations for internal management and global partners.

Marketing & Communication

· Work with Sales team to plan and execute ATL, BTL activations and trade marketing initiatives.

· Drive demand generation among young mothers through relevant, insight-led campaigns.

· Track marketing spends and ROI to ensure effective budget utilization.

· Analyse market trends, competition, and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities.

 

Desired Candidate Profile

Experience & Skills

· 4-8 years of experience in brand management or business development roles. Prior experience in baby care, personal care, or mother & child categories preferred.

· You should have excellent analytical and communication skills.

· Strong understanding of sales-led business management and go-to-market execution.

· Experience working with international brands or principals is a strong advantage.

Competencies

· Strong commercial and analytical skills.

· Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

· Ability to work independently and take complete ownership of a brand.

· Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
