Job Title - HRMS Solution Architect Project Manager
Experience - 12 - 15 Years
Location - PAN India

Key Responsibilities
1 Solution Architecture Design
Define and design scalable HRMS solutions across Oracle EBS modules such as
Core HR
Payroll
iRecruitment iRec
Oracle Learning Management OLM
Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and integration landscape
Provide functional and technical solution guidance to delivery teams
2 Project Program Management
Lead end to end project AMS delivery including planning execution and closure
Manage scope timelines budget and resource allocation
Track deliverables against agreed milestones and KPIs
Ensure adherence to SLA commitments and governance standards
3 Stakeholder Client Management
Act as primary point of contact for business stakeholders and clients
Facilitate workshops requirement discussions and steering committee meetings
Provide status reporting risk updates and escalation management
4 Delivery Governance Compliance
Ensure compliance with SOW audit requirements and internal quality standards
Define and enforce governance models RACI and reporting frameworks
Drive documentation standards BRD FSD TSD SOPs KT documents
5 Risk Issue Management
Identify assess and mitigate project risks proactively
Lead issue resolution and ensure minimal business disruption
Implement continuous improvement practices
6 Team Leadership Mentoring
Lead cross functional teams functional technical
Provide mentoring and guidance to consultants and junior team members
Drive performance utilization and capability development
7 Continuous Improvement Innovation
Drive automation and process optimization initiatives
Identify opportunities for digital transformation within HR processes
Implement best practices and CoE- led standards

- Strong expertise in Oracle EBS HRMS modules
- Understanding of HR processes Hire to Retire lifecycle
- Experience in integrations with third party systems
