Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
• Provide L1 support for enterprise applications hosted on AWS and Azure.
• Monitor and troubleshoot issues using tools such as ArgoCD, pgAdmin, Dynatrace and Postman.
• Perform initial debugging and escalate complex issues to L2/L3 teams as needed.
• Ensure adherence to operational procedures and incident management workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain application uptime and performance.
• Document incidents, resolutions, and maintain knowledge base for recurring issues.
• Ability to read, understand, and analyze source code to assist in debugging.
• Experience working with APIs, JSON payloads, and automation scripts.
• Utilize coding knowledge to assist in analysis, automation, and tool efficiency improvements.
• Experience with Git and Maven for version control and build management
• Strong hands-on experience with Jenkins and GitHub Actions (must-have)
• Proven ability to set up CI/CD pipelines and implement Blue/Green deployments (must-have)
• Proficiency in Shell scripting and Python (must-have)
• Familiarity with security tools and practices including SAST, DAST, and vulnerability management
• Expertise in AWS CloudFormation (must-have)
• Working knowledge of AWS and Azure cloud platforms
• Experience with AWS services including Service Catalog Products, EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, VPC, Subnets, Route53, Security Groups, ALB, IAM, SQS, OpenSearch, IAM Policies and Routing, Networking etc.
• Handson on Kubernetes.
• Experience with Azure managed services and some understand around azure networking services
• IAC: bicep for azure , cloudformation for aws
• Exposure on helm charts
Good-to-Have Skills
• Exposure to cloud-native technologies such as Helm charts, and containers.
• Familiarity with GitHub for version control and CI/CD workflows.
• Understanding of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles suing bicep/arms template or Cloud formation.
