Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain RPA solutions using UiPath.
Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities to improve operational efficiency.
Create scalable, reusable, and high-performance automation workflows following RPA best practices.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, Business Analysts, Solution Architects, and IT teams to gather requirements and deliver automation solutions.
Develop and maintain technical documentation including Process Design Documents (PDD), Solution Design Documents (SDD), and deployment guides.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize existing bots to ensure maximum reliability and performance.
Implement exception handling, logging, and reporting mechanisms within automation workflows.
Integrate UiPath bots with enterprise applications, databases, APIs, ERP, CRM, and web-based systems.
Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, and production support activities.
Ensure compliance with security, governance, and operational standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) development.
Strong hands-on experience with UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, Robots, and REFramework.
Experience in developing attended, unattended, and hybrid automation solutions.
Proficiency in workflow design, debugging, exception handling, and process optimization.
Strong knowledge of VB.NET, C#, .NET Framework, or related programming concepts.
Experience working with REST APIs, Web Services, JSON, XML, and database integrations.
Hands-on experience with SQL databases and query development.
Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and DevOps practices.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Skills:
UiPath certifications such as:
UiPath Certified Professional (UCP)
UiPath Advanced RPA Developer Certification
Experience with Document Understanding, AI Center, Computer Vision, and Automation Hub.
Exposure to OCR technologies and intelligent document processing.
Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
Knowledge of other RPA tools such as Automation Anywhere or Blue Prism is a plus.
