About The Client:

Essential Job Functions:
- Provide L2/L3 support for the Saviynt Identity Governance and Administration
- (IGA) platform.
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical and system-related
- issues within defined SLAs.
- Perform regular system maintenance, including patches, upgrades, and
- enhancements.
- Monitor system health, performance, and availability; proactively optimize
- configurations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (security, infrastructure, application
- teams) to ensure compliance and security standards are met.
- Support and enhance identity lifecycle management, access requests,
- certifications, and provisioning workflows.
- Develop and implement IGA solutions and automation scripts to improve
- efficiency.
- Maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and SOPs.
- Provide knowledge transfer and guidance to L1 support teams for ongoing
- support readiness.
- Participate in incident management, root cause analysis (RCA), and
- continuous improvement initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related
- field.
- Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience with the Saviynt IGA platform.
- Strong understanding of Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) and IAM
- concepts.
- Proven experience in incident handling, troubleshooting, and problem
- resolution.
- Good understanding of security and compliance frameworks.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Saviynt IGA Platform (EIC/EIC Cloud preferred)
- Identity & Access Management (IAM) concepts
- Java / BeanShell scripting
- PowerShell scripting
- Experience with system monitoring and alerting tools
- Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills
