Job Description
Position: Manager Credit Control Location: HO, Ahmedabad Key Responsibilities- Customer onboarding & credit governance Credit monitoring & risk management Business partnering, receivables & collections management including Channel Finance Controls, compliance & process improvement MIS, analytics & leadership reporting Team management Qualification- Preferred Chartered Accountant with 5 to 8 years of working experience or MBA (Finance) with 10-15 years of relevant working experience. Required Experience- Credit Control / Receivables / Business Finance / Commercial Finance. Experience in large distribution-driven organizations.
Preferred Manufacturing / Building Materials / FMCG / Industrial sectors. Key Skills- Credit risk assessment Receivables & collections leadership Strong commercial acumen Negotiation & stakeholder management ERP systems (SAP mandatory) Advanced Excel / MIS Reporting Strong control orientation Proven team leadership
