Job Description

1. Market Research & Lead Identification

  • Conduct market research and client mapping , including creation of own prospect databases across target industries
  • Identify potential clients, decision-makers, and key stakeholders
  • Maintain updated market intelligence on competitors, hiring trends, and client needs

2. Lead Generation & Outreach

  • Execute cold calling and outbound outreach using both self-generated data and shared databases
  • Qualify leads based on defined criteria and business potential
  • Schedule introductory calls and meetings for the Manager.

3. Meeting Coordination & Client Correspondence

  • Align and confirm meetings with clients, including calendar coordination and reminders
  • Participate in calls/meetings where required to support note-taking and follow-ups
  • Prepare and share Minutes of Meeting (MoM) with clients in a timely manner

4. Follow-ups & Lead Closure Support

  • Drive post-meeting follow-ups with clients based on agreed Points of Action (POA)
  • Act as a coordination point between the client and internal teams until the lead is concluded (closure / no-go)
  • Track discussion progress, commitments and timelines

5. CRM, MIS & Database Management

  • Maintain and regularly update CRM systems, trackers, and lead databases
  • Ensure data accuracy, status updates, and reporting for ongoing and closed leads
  • Generate periodic MIS reports for Manager review on sales activities and decision-making

6. Sales & Internal Coordination Support

  • Assist the Manager in client coordination and communication
  • Coordinate with internal IT , Admin & CRM teams for agreement dispatching, client onboarding in the system and documentations etc.
  • Support agreement-related administrative tasks , including follow-ups and documentation checks

7. Marketing & Campaign Support

  • Coordinate with the Marketing team for email campaigns, outreach initiatives, and lead nurturing activities
  • Support campaign execution by sharing target lists, tracking responses, and updating lead status

8. Process Improvement & Support Activities :

  • Maintain standard templates for MoM, follow-ups and outreach communication
  • Ensure timely handover of qualified leads to the Manager

Qualification : Graduate / Post Graduate

Experience : 2 to 3 Years in the same domain & industry
