Job Responsibilities
Design and Implement the Global F&A Process Roadmap to deliver targeted business benefits and ease of process use for the end user. Key sub-process components include, month end closing, journal entries, account reconciliations, Intercompany, Fixed Assets, Cash and Banking, Royalty, Inventory, AP and AR Processes, Costing and FP&A Towers
-Continuously benchmark internal processes against best practices in the market to determine gaps and opportunities for improvement.
- Drive adoption of global process standards and gain buy-in from key stakeholders including Leadership, Onshore Finance and SSC teams. Play key role in enabling global harmonization of processes.
- Collaborate with IT teams on system or tools implementation/enhancement initiatives that impacts the overall F&A teams
- In consultation with SSC operations teams, support the identification, prioritization and implementation of process improvements.
Job Requirements
10 to 14 years of relevant experience
-CA or CWA (Qualified / Semi-Qualified) preferred PMP / Lean / Six Sigma certified
- Excellent F&A domain knowledge. Should have exposure to multiple F&A streams (RTR, OTC & PTP).
Exposure to AI / ML / Generative AI concepts applied to automation use cases
- Proficient in driving process improvements, standardization and transformation.
- Experience in process automation and implementation of relevant Automation tools.
performing / managing F&A activities including AP, AR, Costing flows as well as RTR functions like Journals, Books Close, Reconciliations, P&L and BS Reporting, Fixed Assets, Inventory, Intercompany, etc.
- Should have work experience in SAP FICO module and be proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Should have worked for a manufacturing organization in Shared Service Center or BPO environment.
- Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
