Role Summary

We are looking for a performance-driven and detail-oriented Senior Media Executive to manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across platforms while ensuring smooth execution, strong reporting, and efficient campaign delivery. This role requires hands-on experience in D2C and e-commerce performance marketing, with a strong focus on driving sales and conversions through Meta and Google advertising.

Key Responsibilities

%CF; Set up, launch, and manage digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and display networks.

%CF; Monitor campaign pacing, delivery, and budget allocation to ensure smooth execution.

%CF; Coordinate ad trafficking including asset uploads, tracking implementation, and ad verification.

%CF; Ensure accurate audience targeting and campaign placements as per campaign objectives.

%CF; Regularly review campaign performance metrics and optimize campaigns to achieve KPIs and business goals.

%CF; Identify and resolve issues related to ad delivery, tracking, and campaign performance.

%CF; Create and maintain detailed campaign performance reports and dashboards.

%CF; Collaborate with technology vendors, third-party partners, and ad exchanges for seamless campaign execution.

%CF; Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure timely execution and updates.

%CF; Support media planning, proposals, and presentations for campaigns and business requirements.

%CF; Act as a point of contact for campaign-related communication and performance updates.

%CF; Drive conversion-focused strategies to improve ROAS, sales, and customer acquisition performance.


Must-Have Skills

%CF; Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms including Google Ads and Meta Ads.

%CF; Proven experience in executing and optimizing Sales/Conversion campaigns across Meta and Google platforms.

%CF; D2C/E-commerce advertising experience with hands-on management of monthly media spends of at least ₹4–5 lakhs.

%CF; Experience working with jewellery, diamond, luxury, fashion, or premium lifestyle brands. Candidates with jewellery or diamond industry experience will be strongly preferred.

%CF; Strong knowledge of campaign setup, audience targeting, optimization, tracking, attribution, and reporting.

%CF; Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach to campaign optimization.

%CF; Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

%CF; Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

%CF; Proficiency in MS Office, reporting tools, and media dashboards.

%CF; Strong willingness to learn, adapt, and grow within digital media operations.


Good to Have

%CF; Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or Amazon Advertising platforms.

%CF; Prior experience in Ad Ops, performance marketing, or media buying environments.

%CF; Awareness of emerging ad technologies, media trends, and campaign innovations.

%CF; Experience working in a fast-paced agency environment.

%CF; Knowledge of campaign verification, tracking implementation, and attribution tools.
