Note: Pharma Experience is a must. Associate must have worked on SAP Migration Projects.
You ll do this by:
Managing and owning all aspects of technical development and delivery
Understanding requirements and writing Functional Specification documents
Should be an individual Contributor and played client facing lead role
SAP Certification and Domain experience will be preferable
Estimating efforts, identifying risks, and providing technical support whenever needed
Demonstrating the ability to multitask and re-prioritizing responsibilities based on dynamic requirements

Skills required to contribute:
Role SAP PS Functional Consultant with strong skills in SAP PS with minimum 6-8 years of experience. Needs ability to understand complex business processes which are custom built on SAP. The consultant will partner with the client to analyze and define business requirements, processes and objectives to scope project and deliverables for same. The consultant will implement, customize, and test solutions on client system and develop client-specific enhancements to meet business requirements as needed; as well as:

Project systems (Mandatory and should be expert)
Creation and management of projects
Creation and management of simulated versions of projects
Maintenance of easy cost planning for project
Good knowledge in Project Settlement and Project customization required
Understanding of user exits
Critical master data like material master, BOMs etc
Awareness on SAP authorization concept
Understanding of ABAP concepts and interface concepts like RFC, IDOCs etc.
Exposure to SAP SD module will be an added advantage
Multi-tasking abilities
Strong requirements gathering and scope management skills
Ability to translate SAP requirements into SAP technical design efficiently
To be the business process & SAP best practice champion.
Ensure seamless and smooth integration between the various processes in scope
Ensure new processes fit appropriately aligning with Siemens and SAP standard processes
Enable Solution approach to prevent potential technical/integration conflicts
Propose suitable alternate options and facilitating the final decision
Be actively involved in the preparation, conceptualization, realization and Go-Live of customer implementation projects
Perform feasibility studies and process design reviews
Define detailed blueprint for development requirements
Assist in the development of the overall project plan (scoping process) as well as individual work plans; acting as liaison with client for troubleshooting (investigates, analyses, and solves software problems)
Analyze and map clients' business requirements, processes, and objectives; develop necessary product modifications to satisfy clients' needs.
Support the Services Organization with implementation projects, pre-sales support (estimating), spot consulting.
AP PS - Good configuration knowledge in WBS, Networks, Cost Planning, Budgeting, Project Procurement, Time sheets, Project settlement etc.
Strong knowledge on Project Profile, Network Profile, Network Order Type and Scheduling.
Expertise in integration of PS with SD, MM, FICO, HR.
Knowledge on PS and DMS integration.
Strong knowledge on CATS (Cross Application Time Sheet)
Good understanding of Results Analysis
Good understanding of Version management.
Experience in working on Sales Pricing & Resource Related billing processes
Strong knowledge on RICEF objects.
Strong knowledge on Interfaces(CPI)
Experience in working on Project system reporting.
At least one end-to-end implementation experience in Customer based projects and Capital projects.
Experience in various PS standard reports & Standard tables.
Must have experience on preparing Functional specifications for the technical requirements.
Experience in working on LSMW & BDC
