Job Description for Sales Team Lead:-


Roles and Responsibilities:

- Supervise, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team sales targets.

- Conduct regular team meetings to review performance, address challenges, and set goals.

- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet business objectives and targets.

- Ensure adherence to the company’s sales policies and procedures.

- Prepare and present reports on sales achievements and progress to senior management.

- Provide constructive feedback and recommendations to improve team performance.

- Ensure excellent customer service and maintain strong relationships with key clients.

- Address and resolve customer complaints or escalations promptly and professionally.


Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

- Proven experience 3+ years as a Sales Team Leader (in education Sector preferred), Sales Manager, or in a similar leadership role.

- Experience in Education Industry(Preferred )

- Strong knowledge of sales techniques, customer relationship management, and market trends.

- Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
