Product Marketing Manager

What you’ll do ?

We're seeking an experienced Product Marketing Manager to drive go-to-market strategies for our AI-powered credit and lending solutions. This role sits at the intersection of product, sales, and marketing, requiring someone who can translate complex AI/ML capabilities into compelling value propositions for prospects in the financial services sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Positioning &Messaging

• Develop compelling product narratives and value propositions for AI-based credit decisioning and loan portfolio management solutions.
• Create differentiated messaging that resonates with financial institutions, NBFCs, banks, and fintech companies.
• Translate technical AI/ML capabilities into business outcomes and ROI for target audiences.

Go-to-Market Strategy

• Design and execute GTM strategies for product launches and feature releases.
• Collaborate with product teams to understand roadmap and competitive positioning.
• Develop sales enablement materials, including pitch decks, case studies, whitepapers, and demo scripts.

Market Intelligence & Customer Insights

• Conduct market research to understand buyer personas, pain points, and decision-making processes.
• Analyze competitor offerings and identify opportunities for differentiation.
• Gather customer feedback and translate insights into product and marketing strategies.

Sales Enablement

• Partner with sales teams to develop effective prospecting and closing materials.
• Conduct training sessions on product features, competitive positioning, and value propositions.
• Create customer success stories and reference materials.

Content &Thought Leadership

• Develop high-quality content, including blogs, webinars, solution briefs, and industry reports.
• Position the company as a thought leader in AI for lending and credit risk management.
• Manage relationships with industry analysts and media.
• Ownership of Kaleidofin's website.

Who you need to be?

• 2+years of product marketing experience in B2B SaaS, fintech, or financial services technology.
• Proven track record of launching and marketing complex technical products.
• Preferred from premier institutes such as IITs, NITs, BITS Pilani, IIITs, IIMs, ISB, or other reputed universities.

Experience marketing AI/ML products, credit tech, lending platforms, or risk management solutions preferred.
