We’re Hiring a Media & Growth Leader to Build a
Compounding Authority Engine

We are looking for a Media & Growth Lead who can build a demand engine — not just post content.
You are not here to “manage social media.”
You are here to:
• Build a compounding authority for the Founder.
• Create a demand flywheel for high-ticket programs.
• Attract serious business owners — not casual browsers.
• Improve inbound quality, not inflate vanity metrics.
This is positioning + distribution + systems thinking.
1. Build the Content Engine
You will own the full content stack across:
• YouTube
• Short-form platforms
But this is not random posting.
You will convert deep workshop insights into structured, scalable content that: Educates, Provokes, Positions, Filters
Every piece should strengthen authority.
We run high-intensity workshops packed with insight.
Your job is to:
• Extract signal from live sessions
• Repurpose into posts, clips, long-form breakdowns
• Create structured content pipelines
• Build repeatable production systems
This is leverage work.
• Plan shoots
• Coordinate vendors
• Ensure quality standards
• Maintain brand coherence
No chaos. No amateurism. No inconsistency.
Content without measurement is ego.
You will:
• Track leads across the funnel
• Monitor inbound quality
• Improve conversion readiness
• Identify bottlenecks
• Suggest experiments
