JOB DETAILS

1.Ensure that Trainers successfully implement the learning from Trainee in the Trainer sessions
2.Work with the center teams ensure training are meeting the needs of clients, support student job placement
3.Conduct tests, review of performance of the trainers.
4.Provide direction, facilitation and/or personally present for all types and methods of training.
5.Oversee the training budget(s)
6.Ability to measure & assess Training Needs
7.Must have knowledge on MS office (Excel/ Word/ PowerPoint)
8.Excellent communication &Interpersonal skills
