Test Lead- Performance Testing

Position Description:

We are looking for an experienced Performance Testing Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about coding and developing scalable and high-performance applications. You will work closely with our front-end developers, designers, and other members of the team to deliver quality solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

•Define performance testing strategy. Plan and oversee performance test execution. Analyze test results and identify bottlenecks. Coordinate tuning activities. Provide non‑functional readiness sign‑off
•Key Skills
•Performance & load testing. BI/reporting performance validation. Analytical & documentation skills .
•Lead end-to-end performance testing activities for SAP applications such as SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, SAP BW, SAP Fiori, SAP PI/PO, and SAP CRM.
•Design and implement performance test strategies, plans, and execution approaches.
•Analyze business requirements and convert them into workload models and performance test scenarios.
•Develop and execute load, stress, endurance, scalability, and volume testing.
•Work with cross-functional teams including SAP functional consultants, BASIS teams, infrastructure teams, and developers.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Must-Have Skills:
•Strong experience in SAP performance testing.
•Hands-on expertise with tools such as -LoadRunner, JMeter.
Good-to-Have Skills:
•Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) is an advantage.
•Experience with DevOps and CI/CD integration.
