Roles and Responsibilities
Role & Responsibility:
Working experience of > years and fraud risk domain is preferred.
Dedicatedly working towards automation of fraud identification and closure processes.
Good in doing investigations and taking deterrence and prevention measures.
Managing central FRM shop which includes Capability building, Data Analytics, Hind-sighting Unit, Field support, etc.
Good knowledge of fraud risk domain. Working with product process owners for mitigation of fraud.
Identifying best market practices and implementing the same in PFL environment.
Propose system modifications, ensure adherence and develop data level monitoring reports.
Proposing system changes by writing BRD, testing the controls and ensuring smooth implementation to the production stage.
Preparing fraud prevention monitoring, triggers, reports for identification of red flags.
Having good knowledge by fraud analytic tools.
Ensuring TAT, Friction, and fraud loss are within control.
Engaging with channel partners for custom solutions to prevent fraud.
Working with product process owners to identify the process improvement opportunities.
Managing the entire fraud capability building.
Increasing the efficiency of fraud risk field team by data availability.
Experience of system integration and or product/process management.
Regularly check data accuracy, completeness and usage.
Enabling business/risk/underwriting team to take decision or make changes basis data analysis, trends and predictions.
Handling RCU data unit and get fulfilled all the data requirements from various stakeholders.
Introduce new data tools or new reports which would strengthen the fraud prevention process.
Strong mathematical skills to help collect, measure, organize and analyze data.
