Job description
Key Responsibilities:
Independently handle mechanical issues related to pumps and motors.
Perform root cause analysis to identify and resolve problems efficiently.
Maintain accurate records in compliance with the Integrated Management System (IMS).
Implement and maintain 5S, Kaizen, 7 QC Tools, Six Sigma, TQM, and other quality
management practices.
Oversee and participate in quality audits, ensuring adherence to standards.
Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, especially pumps and motors.
Expertise in root cause analysis and problem-solving techniques.
Familiarity with IMS documentation and record-keeping processes.
Proficiency in quality tools such as 5S, Kaizen, Six Sigma, and Total Quality
Management (TQM).
Ability to handle internal and external quality audits effectively
