Relationship Manager (RM): Up to 5 LPA
Sales Manager (SM): Up to 9 LPA
Job Responsibilities Relationship Manager (RM)
Source and acquire new customers for Home Loan and LAP products.
Generate business through open market sourcing, connectors, and referrals.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Guide customers through the loan application and disbursement process.
Ensure achievement of monthly sales targets.
Coordinate with credit and operations teams for smooth loan processing.
Drive business growth for the Home Loan and LAP portfolio.
Lead and support sales initiatives within the assigned territory.
Develop sourcing channels through DSAs, connectors, builders, and direct sourcing.
Monitor team performance and ensure target achievement.
Strengthen customer and channel partner relationships.
Ensure portfolio quality and compliance with company policies.
Experience in Home Loans (HL), Loan Against Property (LAP), Mortgage Loans, or Banking Sales.
Strong sales, sourcing, and relationship management skills.
Good understanding of the local market.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Target-oriented and self-motivated professional.
Prior experience in the Prime Mortgage segment.
Strong network of customers, channel partners, and referral sources.
Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment.
