Revenue Manager
Job Description
Recommend and implement rate changes across the PMS, booking engine, and OTA extranets. Maintain rate parity across direct, OTA, and travel agent channels; flag and fix breaches immediately. Track compset rates (key 3–5 competitors per property) through rate-shopping tools or manual checks.
Produce a weekly revenue dashboard covering occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, segment mix, and channel contribution. Partner with the Reservations team to implement LOS restrictions, MLOS, CTA, and promo codes for high-demand dates. Forecast monthly and quarterly revenue; flag risks and opportunities.
Support the travel partner rate sheet — keep the consolidated portfolio rate card current and communicate changes to agents. What we're looking for 2–4 years in revenue management, reservations with rate responsibility, or OTA operations at a hotel. Strong Excel (pivot tables, lookups, basic modelling).
Working knowledge of at least one channel manager and one booking engine. Understanding of OTA extranets — MakeMyTrip, Booking.com, Agoda, Expedia. Analytical mindset with comfort around numbers, pace reports, and forecasting.
BHM, hotel management diploma, or a commerce/business degree.
