Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Network Operations Lead to manage and oversee APAC network operations for a leading global banking organization. The ideal candidate will drive network service availability, lead NOC operations, ensure SLA compliance, manage incidents and changes, and lead a high-performing network operations team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead 24x7 Network Operations and NOC teams across APAC.
• Ensure network performance, availability, and service uptime.
• Drive incident, problem, and change management processes.
• Monitor and improve service delivery metrics and SLAs.
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure RTO/RPO objectives are met.
• Lead transition activities from project implementation to operations.
• Provide leadership, mentoring, and technical guidance to the operations team.
• Ensure compliance with audit and regulatory requirements.
• Required Skills
• 12–15 years of experience in Network Operations and Infrastructure Management.
• Minimum 7 years of experience leading NOC teams.
• Strong expertise in Routing, Switching, Firewalls, Load Balancers, and Proxy technologies.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco SD-WAN, Palo Alto, F5, Fortinet, Checkpoint, and SASE/Zscaler solutions.
• Experience with SolarWinds, PRTG, Nagios, and ServiceNow.
• Strong knowledge of ITSM processes (Incident, Change, and Problem Management).
• Experience managing teams of 10–20 members.
• Banking or Financial Services domain experience preferred.

Certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, PCNSE, NSE-7, ITIL are an added advantage.
