Senior Consultant - Staffing

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with clients to understand their hiring needs and develop customized staffing solutions.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates through various channels (job portals, social media, referrals, etc.).
• Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle for permanent and contract staffing requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
• Provide market intelligence and talent insights to clients to guide hiring decisions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet delivery timelines and quality benchmarks.
• Prepare job descriptions, shortlist candidates, coordinate interviews, and facilitate offer negotiations.
• Track recruitment metrics to optimize performance and ensure client satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with staffing policies, procedures, and applicable labor laws.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment/staffing
