Senior Associate - Business Excellence

Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

• Design and build solutions: Collaborate with stakeholders and design & develop the solutions on various platforms like ServiceNow, PowerApps, Office 365 apps, Salesforce, etc.
• Automation: Redesign the existing processes to automate them using technologies like UiPath citizen developer, various workflows in Service now, SharePoint, etc.
• Process analyst: Analyze the existing processes and identify opportunities of improvement and drive the change.
• UI/UX enhancements: Develop UI solutions and provide support on improvement of the UI for various existing solutions.

What You Need to Succeed

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Data Engineering, or related field (BCA, B.Tech, B.Eng) or masters in similar fields.

Technical Skills:

• Proven experience of 3-4 years in development of Office 365 apps, Power Apps, Salesforce, service now.
• Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Java) is a plus.
• Knowledge of mapping the process and designing the solutions in various technologies and tools.
• Familiarity with SAP ERP, HANA, Celonis platform is a plus, but not mandatory.
