IT Recruiter Intern

We are looking for enthusiastic and driven Intern Recruiters to join our team at Zone IT Solutions. This internship is designed to provide hands-on exposure to the end-to-end recruitment process while supporting internal hiring requirements.

You will gain valuable experience in sourcing, screening, and engaging with candidates while developing an understanding of the recruitment industry, particularly in the Australian IT services and consulting market .

Requirements

• Key Responsibilities
• Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, databases, referrals, and networking.
• Screen resumes and evaluate candidates based on role requirements.
• Conduct initial telephonic/virtual interviews to assess skills and fit.
• Maintain candidate data in database.
• Assist in building and nurturing a strong talent pipeline.
• Collaborate with recruiters and account managers to understand job requirements and deliver quality profiles.
• Support recruitment team with ad-hoc tasks such as market mapping and reporting.
• Skills & Competencies
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Curiosity to learn about recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Good organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Knowledge of LinkedIn or job boards will be an advantage.

• Graduate / Postgraduate students (any discipline).
• Freshers with an interest in Recruitment are welcome to apply.
• Prior exposure to recruitment (via internship or projects) will be preferred but is not mandatory.
