Sr. Project Manager/Project Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for a Project Manager who can independently manage projects end-to-end and ensure smooth, timely, and quality-driven delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage fixed-bid and time-based projects, ensuring delivery within defined scope, timelines, and budget

Oversee day-to-day project execution, planning, and stakeholder coordination

Prepare and manage monthly project billing and support invoicing activities

Create and circulate weekly project status reports to internal and external stakeholders

Ensure compliance with quality processes, standards, and governance requirements

Identify project risks and issues proactively and drive timely resolution

Qualifications & Experience:

Any graduate (BE, BTech, ME, MTech, MCA, MBA preferred)

Minimum 10 years of overall IT experience

At least 3 years of experience in Project Management

Proven experience in managing fixed-bid projects

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and cross-functional teams

Agile / PRINCE2 / PMP certification will be an added advantage.
