Mainframe - Tech Lead

Job Description:

• Primary Skills : COBOL, DB2, JCL, SQL, CICS
• Good to have Skills : Stored procedures and VSAM

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on technical experience delivering Mainframe solutions using technologies including COBOL, CICS, DB2, VSAM, JCL, and STORED PROCEDURES.
• Excellent programming and debugging skills.
• Good working knowledge of Relational Databases.
• Nice to have an understanding of CICS Web Services and DB2 Stored Procedures.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively across all levels within Technology, Business, and Operations.
• Capability to approach problems as challenges and deal with them constructively while promoting this approach to other team members.
