Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide inputs with regard to the performance of the vendor against the agreed statement of work for and recommend appropriate actions

IRSG : IRSG Execution : Project management

• Undertake the technical evaluation of the property as per the guidelines and send to senior stakeholder for approvals

• Evaluate the design documents received and liaison with the vendors in the execution of the project

• Monitor the project on a day to day basis to ensure that the project is executed as per the guidelines and design specifications

• Certification of the project on the completion for quality, dimensions, etc. and approve for processing of payments

• Prepare the completion report post the approval from the senior stakeholders incorporating all the documents as per the specifications for handover to the business

IRSG : IRSG Execution : New format proto-development

• Review the design documentation from the design team and brief the vendors on the design requirements

• Project manage the construction at various stages to ensure that the prototype meets the design specification requirements

• Finalise on the prototype post the approval from the designers and handover to the business as per the specifications
