Job Summary

We are looking for energetic and customer-focused Retail Sales Associates for handling retail product sales and customer service activities. The candidate should have basic retail experience, good communication skills, and knowledge of handling customers in a retail store environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting and purchasing products
  
• Ensure proper product display and shelf arrangement
  
• Handle billing and basic cash counter activities
  
• Maintain cleanliness and stock availability in the store
  
• Support daily retail operations and inventory checking
  
• Achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
  
• Coordinate with store staff and supervisors for smooth operations
  



Requirements

• Minimum 12th Pass
  
• At least 6 months of experience in retail products / retail sales
  
• Candidates should be from Kerala region
  
• Preferred locations: Kochi, Kozhikode, or Thrissur
  
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Basic understanding of retail store operations
  
• Ability to work in shifts and weekends if required
