We are seeking a dynamic Human Resource Manager for a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru. The HR Manager will oversee the recruitment process, staff development, performance management, and employee relations. Responsibilities include developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with company goals, managing workplace policies, ensuring compliance with labor regulations, and fostering a positive organizational culture. The role also involves assessing training needs, monitoring HR metrics, and supporting day-to-day HR operations to enhance employee engagement and well-being.
- Proficiency in Human Resources Management practices, including staff recruitment, employee onboarding, and performance management
- Strong skills in Employee Relations, Conflict Resolution, and fostering a positive workplace culture
- Experience in Policy Development, Compliance, and Labor Law adherence
- Strong organizational, analytical, and time-management skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities
- Bachelor‘s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; an advanced degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is preferred
- Familiarity with HR metrics, HR software, and data-driven decision-making is a plus
- Previous experience in a start-up or fast-paced environment will be considered an advantage
