Principal Responsibilities

• The VP will be responsible for driving large scale business through corporate alliances, channel partnerships and DSAs.
• The role involves managing high-value relationships with banks, NBFCs, fintech partners and DSAs while ensuring sustainable growth, compliance and profitability.
• Strengthen lender relationships and optimize product mix & margins.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity and partner performance to refine strategies.
• Launch and manage new initiatives, campaigns and partner programs.
• Coordinate with credit, operations and risk teams to ensure smooth and compliant disbursements.
• Build, handle, manage teams and scale high-performing leadership and sales across regions.

Job Requirements

• Experience in the relevant industry for ZH 10 to 12 years
• This position requires a strong blend of strategic thinking, relationship management, leadership and execution.
