Role Overview

The Agentforce QA will be responsible for validating AI-driven workflows, testing agent responses, and ensuring output accuracy, stability, and compliance across releases.



Key Responsibilities

  • Design and execute AI-specific test scenarios
  • Validate agent outputs against expected behavior
  • Conduct regression testing across personas
  • Test AI grounding accuracy and data responses
  • Validate guardrails and compliance constraints
  • Log and track defects through resolution
  • Support UAT cycles
  • Required Skills

  • Experience testing Salesforce implementations
  • Exposure to Agentforce / AI-based workflows
  • Strong understanding of test case design
  • Experience with JIRA / test management tools
  • Ability to test edge cases and AI output variability
  • Preferred

  • Experience in AI response validation frameworks
  • Knowledge of data privacy and compliance testing
  • Experience with automation testing tools
