Senior Manager API Engineering

We are looking for an experienced Engineering Leader to drive plant performance, reliability, and compliance at a leading API manufacturing facility. This role will be instrumental in managing process engineering, utilities, and maintenance while supporting strategic projects.

• Lead process engineering & maintenance of API manufacturing equipment
• Manage critical equipment such as reactor vessels, centrifuges, dryers, filtration systems
• Oversee plant utilities including HVAC, Boilers, Chillers, WFI/PW systems, and compressed air
• Ensure high equipment uptime and operational efficiency across the facility
• Drive preventive & predictive maintenance and reliability improvement initiatives
• Support CAPEX projects, including installation, commissioning, and validation
• Ensure compliance with USFDA, GMP, and regulatory standards
• Lead and mentor the engineering team, acting as a strong deputy to the Site Engineering Head
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Production, QA, EHS) for smooth operations
