Human Resource Executive

- Responsible for handling all aspects of human resources management within the organization.- This includes recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and compliance with HR laws and regulations.- Process payroll and ensure accurate and timely salary processing for all employees.- This involves managing payroll records, deductions, bonuses, and ensuring compliance with taxation laws.- Execute joining formalities for new hires and ensure a smooth onboarding process.- This includes conducting orientation sessions, facilitating training programs, and assisting new employees in adapting to the company culture.- Assist in developing HR policies and procedures and ensure their effective implementation.- This involves keeping up-to-date with labor laws, industry trends, and best practices in HR management.- Handle employee relations issues and address grievances in a timely and professional manner.- This includes conducting investigations, mediating conflicts, and implementing solutions to improve employee satisfaction and retention.Skills and Expectations:1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field is required.2. Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resource Management.3. Strong knowledge of payroll processing and salary administration.4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.5. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.6. Proficient in MS Office and HRIS software.7. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
