Job Description

Responsibilities:

Strategic Implementations & Expansion

%CF; Entity Onboarding: Lead the end-to-end implementation of new payroll entities, managing everything from initial setup and M&A integrations to stabilization.

%CF; Vendor Transitions: Manage the selection, transition, and implementation of international payroll vendors to ensure service continuity.

%CF; Operational Readiness: Act as the primary architect for transitioning operational workflows to the Global Payroll Operations team, ensuring they are equipped for long-term success.

%CF; Interim Processing: Manage hands-on payroll processing (base pay, bonuses, deductions) during the critical stabilization phase of new entities to ensure compliance and accuracy before hand-off. Project Management & Optimization

%CF; Lifecycle Management: Own the project roadmap for payroll initiatives, utilizing structured project documentation, risk mitigation strategies, and status reporting for executive stakeholders. Cross-Functional Synergy: Partner with IT, HR, Legal, and Finance to resolve roadblocks and align payroll infrastructure with broader business goals.

%CF; Process Automation: Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency. Leverage AI and advanced system features to reduce manual touchpoints and enhance scalability. Governance & Subject Matter Expertise

%CF; SME Leadership: Serve as the Subject Matter Expert for diverse international markets (EMEA, APAC, LATAM), overseeing regions with headcounts exceeding 1,000 employees.

%CF; Knowledge Management: Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and employee-facing knowledge bases to ensure transparency and self-service.

%CF; Metrics & KPIs: Define and track payroll performance metrics, using data-driven insights to identify risks and drive continuous improvement

Qualification:

  • Bachelors in Commerce, Bachelors in Economics, Bachelors in Finance, Masters in Business Administration, Masters in Business Analytics
