Qualifications
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Outlet Manager to join our team. As the Outlet Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our food and beverage outlet, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.
- Manage all aspects of outlet operations, including staff supervision, inventory control, and quality assurance
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and increase revenue
- Create and maintain a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and high performance
- Oversee the hiring, training, and development of outlet staff
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company policies
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, including sales, costs, and profitability
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate marketing initiatives and special events
- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming outlet environment
- Implement and monitor quality control measures for food and beverage offerings
- Stay updated on industry trends and implement innovative ideas to improve operations
- Prepare and present regular performance reports to upper management
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Outlet Manager or in a similar role in the food and beverage industry
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to create memorable dining experiences
- Proficiency in English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to motivate and develop staff
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in using POS systems, inventory management software, and Microsoft Office suite
- In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations and HACCP standards
- Experience in budget management and financial reporting
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
- Certification in food safety or restaurant management (preferred)
