We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Outlet Manager to join our team. As the Outlet Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our food and beverage outlet, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.

  • Manage all aspects of outlet operations, including staff supervision, inventory control, and quality assurance
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and increase revenue
  • Create and maintain a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and high performance
  • Oversee the hiring, training, and development of outlet staff
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company policies
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance, including sales, costs, and profitability
  • Collaborate with other departments to coordinate marketing initiatives and special events
  • Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming outlet environment
  • Implement and monitor quality control measures for food and beverage offerings
  • Stay updated on industry trends and implement innovative ideas to improve operations
  • Prepare and present regular performance reports to upper management

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an Outlet Manager or in a similar role in the food and beverage industry
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Strong customer service orientation with the ability to create memorable dining experiences
  • Proficiency in English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to motivate and develop staff
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in using POS systems, inventory management software, and Microsoft Office suite
  • In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations and HACCP standards
  • Experience in budget management and financial reporting
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
  • Certification in food safety or restaurant management (preferred)
