Inviting applications for the role of Senior Principal Consultant – AzureDevOps Lead / Senior principal consultant for AzureDevops

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation, and management of Azure cloud infrastructure to ensure scalability, security, and high availability.

• Develop and enforce DevOps best practices, including CI/CD, infrastructure as code (IaC), and automated testing frameworks.

• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to streamline deployment processes and improve system reliability.

• Establish monitoring, logging, and alerting systems to proactively identify and resolve infrastructure issues.

• Implement cost optimization strategies and manage cloud budgets effectively.

• Drive the adoption of containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) to facilitate efficient application deployment.

• Mentor and guide DevOps engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.

• Assess emerging Azure technologies and recommend adoption to enhance system performance and security.

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• industry experience, with a minimum relevant exp in Azure DevOps roles.

• Proven expertise in Azure services, including Azure VMs, Azure Blob Storage, Azure Functions, Azure SQL Database, Virtual Network, Azure Active Directory, and ARM templates.

• Strong experience in CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab, or Azure DevOps Pipelines.

• Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash) and infrastructure as code (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation).

• Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).

• In-depth knowledge of security best practices in cloud environments.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on operational efficiency.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Azure DevOps Engineer Expert, or related certifications.

• Experience in implementing monitoring and logging frameworks using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack.

• Familiarity with Agile and DevSecOps methodologies.

• Experience with cost management and optimization in Azure.
