Team members work on innovative tools that reshape how investors analyze markets and opportunities. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Chief Investment Officer role based in South Delhi.
The Chief Investment Officer will lead the overall investment strategy, including asset allocation, portfolio construction, and risk management for the organization and its clients. The role involves developing and refining investment frameworks that leverage the firm’s AI-powered research platform, overseeing research on equities and other asset classes, and ensuring that investment decisions align with client objectives and regulatory requirements. The Chief Investment Officer will collaborate closely with product, technology, and data science teams to integrate quantitative and qualitative insights into portfolio strategies.
Day-to-day responsibilities include supervising the investment team, presenting market outlooks and performance reviews to stakeholders, setting and monitoring key performance metrics, and contributing to thought leadership content and client education initiatives. Qualifications Strong expertise in Investment Strategies and Investments, with a track record of designing and implementing robust investment frameworks. Demonstrated experience in Investment Management and Portfolio Management, including asset allocation, risk management, and performance monitoring.
Deep knowledge of Finance, capital markets, and equity research, ideally with experience leveraging data-driven or AI-enabled tools. Proven leadership experience managing investment teams and collaborating cross-functionally with product, technology, and data teams. Excellent analytical, quantitative, and decision-making skills, with the ability to communicate complex investment concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders.
Advanced degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; CFA or similar professional qualification is strongly preferred. Experience in a buy-side, wealth management, or fintech environment is highly beneficial, especially within high-growth or innovation-focused organizations.
