Requirements

  • 7-8 years in the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • 4-5 years of dedicated experience in Salesforce Field Service (FSL), Sales and Service Cloud.
  • Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality Lightning Web Components (LWC)
  • Develop robust Apex classes, triggers, Batch Apex, and Queueable jobs, adhering to best practices and governor limits
  • Configure, customize, and optimize business processes across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
  • Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and standard integration patterns
  • Participate in requirement gathering and convert functional needs into technical specifications
  • Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and deliver efficient, scalable solutions
  • Ensure compliance with coding standards, security guidelines, and CI/CD best practices
  • Support deployments, testing cycles, and documentation throughout the development lifecycle
  • Experience in designing and configuring Field Service solutions, including Service Territories, Operating Hours, Skill Requirements, and Work Order management
  • Strong understanding of the Field Service Lightning (FSL) data model (Work Orders, Service Appointments, Maintenance Plans, Service Resources)
  • Deep expertise in LWC, Apex, Apex Triggers, SOQL/SOSL, and asynchronous Apex
  • Solid knowledge of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud features and data models
  • Hands-on experience with Flows, process automation, validation rules, and custom metadata/settings
  • Experience customizing the Salesforce Field Service mobile app (e.g., photo capture, signature capture logic)
  • Ability to align FSL with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud for a unified customer view
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce security model, sharing rules, and access controls
  • Experience with integrations using REST APIs, SOAP, Platform Events, and Named Credentials
  • Familiarity with DevOps/CI/CD tools such as Git, Copado, Gearset, or Salesforce DX
  • Strong debugging, optimization, and performance tuning skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I (PD1) and Platform Developer II (PD2)
  • Experience with Omni-Channel, CTI integrations, or industry-specific Salesforce clouds
  • Exposure to Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies
