Requirements
- 7-8 years in the Salesforce ecosystem.
- 4-5 years of dedicated experience in Salesforce Field Service (FSL), Sales and Service Cloud.
- Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Develop robust Apex classes, triggers, Batch Apex, and Queueable jobs, adhering to best practices and governor limits
- Configure, customize, and optimize business processes across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and standard integration patterns
- Participate in requirement gathering and convert functional needs into technical specifications
- Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and deliver efficient, scalable solutions
- Ensure compliance with coding standards, security guidelines, and CI/CD best practices
- Support deployments, testing cycles, and documentation throughout the development lifecycle
- Experience in designing and configuring Field Service solutions, including Service Territories, Operating Hours, Skill Requirements, and Work Order management
- Strong understanding of the Field Service Lightning (FSL) data model (Work Orders, Service Appointments, Maintenance Plans, Service Resources)
- Deep expertise in LWC, Apex, Apex Triggers, SOQL/SOSL, and asynchronous Apex
- Solid knowledge of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud features and data models
- Hands-on experience with Flows, process automation, validation rules, and custom metadata/settings
- Experience customizing the Salesforce Field Service mobile app (e.g., photo capture, signature capture logic)
- Ability to align FSL with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud for a unified customer view
- Strong understanding of Salesforce security model, sharing rules, and access controls
- Experience with integrations using REST APIs, SOAP, Platform Events, and Named Credentials
- Familiarity with DevOps/CI/CD tools such as Git, Copado, Gearset, or Salesforce DX
- Strong debugging, optimization, and performance tuning skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I (PD1) and Platform Developer II (PD2)
- Experience with Omni-Channel, CTI integrations, or industry-specific Salesforce clouds
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies
