Operations Executive
Job Description
Prepare and publish daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and dashboards. Track business, sales, operational, and productivity KPIs and provide performance insights. Analyze data trends, identify gaps, and recommend corrective actions to improve business outcomes.
Support leadership with reporting, forecasting, and business performance reviews. Develop, document, and improve operational processes, SOPs, and workflows. Drive process improvement and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Student Success, Finance, HR, and other teams to support operational requirements. Ensure compliance with established processes, reporting standards, and operational controls. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, Analytics, Management, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in Operations, MIS, Business Analytics, CRM Administration, or Process Management. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools. Experience working with CRM platforms such as Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar systems.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills. Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management abilities. Experience with Power BI, Looker Studio, or other dashboarding tools will be an added advantage.
