Program Manager (1-2 years)
Job Description
Airtribe | Full-time | Bengaluru
About the Role
Airtribe runs some of the most in-demand tech upskilling programs in the country, and our Generative AI Launchpad is our fastest-evolving one. We're looking for a Program Manager who takes full ownership of learner outcomes, not just task execution.
This is a senior IC role with a clear path to people management for the right performer. You'll run multiple cohorts end-to-end, from onboarding through program completion, in a space where the curriculum, tools, and learner expectations change fast. Comfort with ambiguity isn't a nice-to-have here; it's the job.
What You'll Own
- End-to-end ownership of multiple cohorts simultaneously, from onboarding through program completion
- Dashboard and access management for all active learners
- Session readiness: published schedule, confirmed instructors/mentors, zero execution gaps
- Onboarding calls within TAT; proactively flag misaligned expectations
- Retention management: track attendance signals, intervene on disengagement, drive completion
- NPS measurement at three milestones: post-onboarding, mid-program, end-of-program
- Capacity planning for program-specific instructors and mentors
- Consistent session quality and timely, high-quality feedback to learners
- Ensure learners are set up for success post-program: strong projects, polished presentations
- Identify and ship process improvements continuously
- Handle complex escalations independently
You're a Strong Fit If
- 2-4 years in program management, learning ops, or EdTech
- You close loops and don't wait to be chased
- You're comfortable owning outcomes when the ground shifts beneath you
- NPS, retention rates, and completion % are your natural language
- Bonus: personal interest in AI tools, GenAI, or tech upskilling. You don't need to be an expert, but curiosity helps
