Three day trigger for raw material availbility4. Ensure SAP declaration for Shift Production5. OLE/OEE monitoring , Analysing and action Planning 6. Ensuring Planning for Next day to get 80% OLE/OEE7. Process Losses analysis and action Planning on daily basis 8. Involve all Stakeholder to achieve SMED targets 9.
