Oracle Fusion SCM Functional Consultant
Job Description
We have a global footprint across North America, Europe and Asia with a majority of clients distributed across North America with a team size of 300 employees and our headquarters in California, USA. Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion SCM Senior Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle Cloud Supply Chain Management modules. The candidate will be responsible for requirement gathering, solution design, implementation, testing, support, and stakeholder management for Oracle Fusion SCM projects.
Key Responsibilities: Lead Oracle Fusion SCM implementation and support projects. Gather business requirements and convert them into functional solutions. Configure Oracle Fusion SCM modules based on client requirements.
Conduct CRP, UAT, SIT, and end-user training sessions. Work closely with business users, technical teams, and project managers. Prepare functional design documents, configuration documents, and test scripts.
Support data migration, integrations, and reporting activities. Handle production support issues and enhancement requests. Provide best practices and process improvement recommendations.
Required Skills: Strong functional knowledge of Oracle Fusion SCM Cloud. Experience in end-to-end implementation projects. Knowledge of business processes in Supply Chain & Manufacturing.
Experience in requirement gathering and solution mapping. Good understanding of integrations with Finance, Manufacturing, and Logistics. Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs, OTBI, BI Reports is an added advantage.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience 7 years of overall Oracle SCM experience. Minimum 2–3 years in Oracle Fusion SCM Cloud.
At least 1 full lifecycle Oracle Fusion implementation preferred. Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Commerce, Supply Chain, or related field. Oracle Fusion SCM certification is preferred.
