An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Dual Registered Midwife to join a collaborative and supportive maternity service in Regional Victoria ! This role offers true continuity of care across antenatal, birth suite and postnatal settings , within an accredited Baby Friendly facility committed to evidence-based, best-practice maternity care.

You will work as part of a professional multidisciplinary team, confidently managing obstetric emergencies alongside GP Obstetricians in a shared care model , while providing high-quality care to mothers, babies and families.

The service includes a 17-bed Midwifery, Paediatric, Palliative and General Medical ward , providing a diverse and rewarding clinical environment with exposure across Neonatal, Special Care Nursery (SCN) and NICU .

About You

• Current AHPRA registration as a Dual Registered Midwife
• Minimum 4 years’ recent experience across antenatal, intrapartum and postnatal care
• Strong clinical skills and confidence managing obstetric emergencies
• Level 3 fetal surveillance qualification (or willingness to obtain – support provided)
• Commitment to evidence-based practice and high-quality maternity care
