Job Title: Retail Sales Manager - Architectural Hardware Fittings and / Or Adhesives & Paints (Chandigarh, Punjab Onsite | Relevant industry & State experience mandatory) Experience: 5 to 7 Years in Retail Sales / B2C Industry: Architectural Hardware Fittings and / Or Adhesives & Paints Location: Chandigarh, Punjab Employment Type: Full-Time Compensation Range: Up to 12 LPA CTC Job Brief We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive retail sales and distribution for our Hardware, Adhesives, and Paint business in Chandigarh. In this role, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets, strengthening dealer and distributor networks, and expanding market presence across the region. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in retail sales, channel management, and market development within the hardware, building materials, adhesives, or paint industry.

You should be capable of leading sales initiatives, building relationships with channel partners, and ensuring sustainable business growth. Responsibilities Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets for retail (B2C) sales. Build, manage, and strengthen distributor and dealer networks across the assigned territory.

Identify new business opportunities and expand market penetration. Lead and support sales executives to achieve monthly and quarterly targets. Monitor sales performance and implement corrective actions where required.

Ensure timely collections and adherence to company credit policies. Increase secondary sales through effective retail coverage and promotional activities. Support product launches and ensure the right product mix is available in the market.

Maintain dealer and distributor databases and ensure smooth order fulfilment. Collaborate with marketing, finance, and operations teams to drive business objectives. Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.

Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review. Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and reporting systems. Qualifications Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.

5 to 7 years of experience in retail sales and channel/distribution management. Experience in Hardware, Adhesives, Paints, Building Materials, or related industries is preferred. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing distribution networks.

Strong understanding of pricing, margins, and sales planning. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. Proficiency in MS Office and sales management tools (CRM/DMS/SFA).
