Cabra Dominican College is seeking an outstanding candidate for the position of Technical Support Specialist to commence as soon as possible.

The position is permanent, full time for 37.5 hours per week, 48 weeks per year.

About You

You are a customer-focused ICT professional who enjoys supporting staff and students in a school environment. You bring solid technical skills, strong communication, and a calm, patient approach to problem-solving.
You will bring:

  • Experience in Level 1 & 2 ICT support within a Microsoft-based environment

  • Strong troubleshooting skills and an understanding of networking fundamentals

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills

  • The ability to prioritise tasks in a busy, on-site workplace

  • A commitment to professionalism, confidentiality, and child safety

  • Experience in education, MDM solutions (Intune/Jamf), or relevant certifications is desirable.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver responsive ICT support to staff and students, including device, account, and connectivity issues

  • Support classroom technology, AV systems, and teaching and learning environments

  • Assist with device deployment, asset management, and system maintenance

  • Contribute to ICT projects, continuous improvement initiatives, and accurate documentation

  • Provide professional, customer-focused service aligned with the values of Cabra Dominican College
