Inviting applications for the role of Manager - Program Management & AI Expert (CRMA, SFDC, AI tools)

We are seeking a highly skilled Program Management and AI Expert to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in program management office (PMO) roles, Salesforce.com (SFDC), AI implementation, AI tools and technologies, and Customer Relationship Management Analytics (CRMA). This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong technical background and the ability to manage complex projects effectively.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage AI implementation projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

• Oversee PMO activities, including project planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting.

• Implement and optimize AI tools and technologies to enhance business processes.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.

• Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status, milestones, and deliverables.

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications / Skills

• Proven experience in PMO roles with a track record of successful project delivery.

• Proficiency in SFDC and its various modules.

• Extensive knowledge of AI implementation methodologies and best practices.

• Hands-on experience with AI tools and technologies.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

• Knowledge of CRMA would be an added advantage.

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field. A master’s degree is preferred.

• Minimumof experience in program management and AI-related roles.
